Thank goodness we found David! He has been a true godsend and amazing dog trainer for our recently rescued 150lb english mastiff who is 6yo, and our 105lb saint bernard pup. We had originally put them both in a 4week board and train program elsewhere, and when we got them back, it was clear that no proper training had been done and unfortunately they seemed to have learned some new bad habits and regressed (they did right by us though and did fully refund us). Our english mastiff we suspect was used for her first 6 years of life to breed multiple litters of puppies and was discarded when she was of no use to the breeders. And it looked like they had never walked her, since it was clear she didn't know how to behave properly on walks. Our mastiff was super reactive and lunging to try to sniff vigorously at any small dog that she thought might be her puppies, while waling in angst. As you can imagine, we needed immediate help to correct this behavior, not for ourselves to safely walk her, but also for our neighbors. Determined to not give up on our rescues, we found David online to come to our house and train both us and our dogs together. His methods are super effective, efficient, and is tailored to each dog's specific behaviors, age, needs, and their size. We are a few weeks into our training and have already seen massive improvement with both of our dogs! Trust the process with David, and do the homework yourselves with your dogs. He is an absolute sensei and genuinely loves dogs and we agree with his philosophy that a well-trained and well-behaved dog is a happy dog! Please do not believe any of the other reviews saying his methods are too aggressive or bad. They are pure lies. We are excited to continuing our training journey with him to get both of our dogs fully service dog certified. Thank you so much David!
