Daniel De La Rosa - Dogs

When I got Howard, my aussiedoodle, I knew I wanted to start training early! Daniel agreed to start working with Howard right away & he was an absolute miracle worker! Daniel's calm demeanor not only helped get Howard in shape, but kept me calm when I was overwhelmed with Howard's behavior. Daniel helped with nearly every aspect of Howard's puppy behavior, but the hardest was definitely walking Howard. I feel Daniel's response to Howard's walking troubles is indicative of Daniel's approach to all behavioral challenges. Howard was IMPOSSIBLE to walk - he would jump and bite my arm, my pony-tail, my clothes. He was stubborn too - sometimes he wouldn't want to walk and would refuse to move and other times he would pull so much my arm would get tired! Daniel knew the perfect solution and now Howard is nearly perfect on walks! In fact, I can even take him on runs and he gets praised around my neighborhood for his good behavior. I truly do not know what Howard and I would do without Daniel! Not only does Howard behave beautifully, Howard absolutely LOVES Daniel and is so excited every time he gets to see him!

Daniel has been extremely professional since day one. I sent my Corgi Stella for the one-month service dog boarding program at 3 months old, and I am extremely impressed with her outstanding progress at such a young age. She is very sharp on basic commands thanks to Daniel. I was worried about her excessive leash pulling, and Daniel completely fixed that. She’s now a confident walker that stays right by my side instead of trying to pull away. Nowadays, it’s really difficult to find individuals with integrity. Daniel has every bit of integrity and puts his heart into what he does. I did a lot of research before choosing a trainer for my service dog, and I’m glad I went with Daniel. The two lovely individuals who take care of your fur-baby while they’re being boarded are also amazing. I still have a while to go before Stella is certified since she isn’t one years old yet (a standard most trainers unfortunately don’t uphold), and I am beyond excited to continue working with Daniel.

A friend of ours gave us a 2 year old Australian Shepherd -Lola and we soon found out she was a lot of work. Lola was strong willed and disobedient, in the beginning. Daniel came highly recommended and at first he was hesitant because Lola had aggressive behavior. Daniel agreed to take Lola on and without him we would have had to give her back. From day 1, she responded to commands and he was able to gently get her into her crate which before was a full on wrestling match to get her into it. We are so thankful for Daniel and he is the reason now we have a loving pet in our family and Lola has calmed down drastically. We have also used his boarding service for when we have to go out of town, and it's also 5 star. Thank you Daniel!
