Dancin’ Woofs

I have taken my dog through an obedience training course, and now take him to daycare weekly at Dancin’ Woofs. The training course was thorough and approachable, with friendly instructors. My dog loves going to daycare and I feel very confident leaving him there for the day. Unlike many other daycare facilities, they have a protocol for easing your dog into daycare, and assess for temperament and other factors before just sending your dog off into a herd. You can also tell that they just really love dogs here, and enjoy what they do!

This place was recommended by a friend of ours so we decided to take our 12 week old black lab for a puppy class. We signed up first class was great. The lady that was teaching very very good. there was a total of three classes. The second time we arrived. The beginning of the class was OK. Shadow was very very hyper that day after we went through a few little training sessions. We all went out in the arena area and at that time Shadow wanted to play with this little lab that was next to us they got along very good same age. Then they split the class up according to sides and ages of the lady that was teaching the class decided that our little puppy was to go over where the bigger dogs are that were 30 pounds larger than he was. They were running him over bumping him. He kept running to us. She just sit there and watched this happen. this was supposed to be a play time for dogs to interact and get to know each other about halfway through the class we decided to get up and walk out. It was ridiculous and the lady continued not to do anything, and you can clearly see that the dogs, his size and his age were on the other side so for that reason you get a one star you made us feel uncomfortable and you made our puppy feel uncomfortable.
