In-Home Private Dog Training. Dahl Dog Training offers convenient, personalized dog training from puppy to adult dogs. I demo behaviors and then coach you through as you work with your dog. My methods are positive and playful, designed to set your dog up for success and build confidence. I care about you and your dog and my goal is to help you create that fulfilling and joy-filled relationship you desire. I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Certified Veterinary Technician, and Service Dog Coach. I have over 10 years experience training dogs on topics including manners, agility, and behavior issues. I am open weekdays and Saturdays. I am passionate about dog behavior and would love to work with you and your dog.

Dogs of all ages welcome. This class is similar to a level 2 adult course so previous training is recommended. Dogs are trained to maintain focus on the handler in a variety of situations- approaching another dog, walking through a crowd, etc. Often required by service dog training organizations.

Group Puppy class teaching appropriate puppy play, restraint, and body language. This class is designed to help young puppies in their socialization period learn appropriate play with other dogs. Puppies 8-16 weeks old, healthy, with proof of up-to-date vaccination welcome!

During private training sessions I can discuss basic grooming concerns such as nail trimming, bathing, and anal gland expressions. As a Certified Veterinary Technician I am happy to help with these issues. I also recommend veterinary care when behavior issues may have a medical component.

Ana helped us deal with noise reactivity and fear issues. When we first got her, Birdie was even scared of the floor boards creaking when we would walk upstairs.
Ana helped us desensitize Birdie to trigger noises, helped us train Birdie to be more confident, and even trained Birdie to have great house manners.
Training is all positive and I would highly recommend Dahl Dog Training.
