We’re sorry to hear this. Could you please remind me which dog was yours and when this happened? The only incident of that nature occurred a long time ago at one of our previous facilities, and it was due to the negligence of an employee who was immediately terminated. We took full responsibility, covered all the expenses, and remained involved to resolve the situation.<br><br>Since that event, we’ve implemented much stricter protocols for our staff, installed cameras, and secured all areas. Unfortunately, this is something that all kennels can be exposed to, but I assure you that we’ve taken every measure to prevent it from happening again. All of our employees are required to have experience with pets and are closely monitored.<br><br>Dogs are never left outside, and they all sleep in air-conditioned spaces under supervision.

We are very sorry for what happened. He had an irritation in his paw which could happened on one of the daily walks that we do to prevent stress or depression, playing in our playground or in some other way that's why I refunded the vet bill. The dogs are in A/C and go outside in the sand to pee and poop for a short time in hot weather. They aren’t in hot surfaces bc if that happens the will have all his paws burned and not only one bc they have 4 legs in same kennel that’s my opinion with all due respect.
