D.O.G. Board N' Train

Our 1-year-old rescue Ellies bad behavior was beyond what I'd ever experienced and we knew we'd need help. We started straight away with private lessons because we also knew we didn't have the control to be around a group of people and other dogs. The lessons were good, solid advice and we implemented all suggestions however Ellie doubled down and got worse. I spent weeks researching options and we nervously decided to sign her up for the D.O.G Rockstar program. The idea of weeks without her, the collar, and the cost was a lot to think about. We weren't looking for a show-worthy dog with pristine manners, but a dog who can exist in this world, giving us all the most out of it! That's exactly what we got! Ellie came home both a new dog and exactly the same. She (and us) learned a new way of direction that not only allows her to do normal dog activities but has given her an independence she didn't know she needed! Any concern she would have any personality change or depression was unwarranted. She is her jovial and chaotic self but now with tools to relax and focus. It's incredible. Francine and Amber were wonderful from the initial call I made for information through the drop-off lesson at home. We can't thank them enough!!

We brought our 6 month old Springer Spaniel puppy Goldie to Francine and Amber as we have never had a dog before, only cats. We were so nervous to leave Goldie for a whole month and of course were concerned she would not be the same sweet girl once we got her back. We were, of course, being foolish. Between the lessons we did with Amber at their space and in town, and the lesson at our home with Francine, we couldn't be happier with the results. Goldie is still very much herself as we knew her, but so much more well behaved, which is much better for our well being. We put our 6 month old black lab Duke through the "Rockstar" program. For 5 weeks Duke stayed and received training from Amber and Francine. We are 100% satisfied at the results. Using the e-collar and the training has made a huge difference on the family dynamic, we now have control over our dog instead of the other way around. The jumping and friendly nipping and uncontrollable ways are now a thing of the past. Thank you Amber and Francine for helping Duke and our family!

I can't even begin to say how happy and impressed I am at how D.O.G Board N' Train has transformed my dog, Benny. Before going to training, Benny used to bark at everything - people, dogs, leaves blowing past him, and even fire hydrants. He was so embarrassing to take out to public places and even taking him out to use the bathroom would give me anxiety. So Benny never went out to places because I would die of embarrassment every time. The twice a week "pupdates" sent out during Benny's 5 week stay really keep you on the loop of how your dog is doing. But the best part of the program is when you get to go visit and see for yourself how your dog is progressing. After finishing the 5 week program, Benny is a whole new dog. He is no longer distracted when walking, listens to commands at home, and is just all around a much better dog. Amber and Francine did a great job in training him. I told Amber and Francine that my main goal for sending him to D.O.G Board N' Train was to have a dog that I can enjoy spending time with. And that's exactly what they gave me.
