Customized K-9

We sent our 16 month old GSD to the board and train program with Customized K9 for three weeks.  Before making this decision we carefully researched other places in the area.  When we met with Anthony we knew it was the right fit for our pup and family.  We realized it would take a partnership with the right people to get the results we wanted from our German Shepherd and they provided that and more.  Anthony gave us the opportunity to customize and focus on certain areas that our dog needed more training on. They have different approaches and methods which I can appreciate. They both care very much about the dogs they train and their overall success. At the end of the day, a huge part in obedience training relies on the owners. We feel well supported and equipped to continue the work at home. They offer many avenues to continue the training once you finish the board and train. We are extremely thankful for the weekly group classes that are offered and if we need additional support there is the option for private lessons. Anthony is reasonable with his costs and time. He is on top of his communication and will be honest with you. I never feel rushed during our training time. When working with Customize K9 you enter into a family. Arya loves coming to see Anthony… and that says it all! Thank you guys!!

Upon meeting with Anthony the owner of customized K9 he informed me that he will help train my dog full-blooded German Shepherd with a lifetime guarantee l signed contract went to a couple of lessons and all lessons were me the dog owner trying to train the dog while he was on his phone with other customers and drumming up other businesses and not focusing on the task at hand which was my German Shepherd with me. I am demanding a full refund and will be reaching out to Mr. Anthony in regards to my refund so I give this trainer one star. He needs to pick up and clean the tent that is not heated or cooled it is not healthy for our pets many dogs and cuddles barking. So I am very disappointed and I hope Mr. Anthony does the right thing and return a refund or I will see him in court I have pictures in film of the facility.
