Do not recommend! Wasted $250.00 for NOTHING!! Paid them to search for a reputable and ethical breeder for a puppy and waited WEEKS without any word or communication on how it was going! So I call oh curly is out hunting it’s hunting season, then oh curly is sick he’s out for a while, then oh he can’t find anything right now , then he’s working on something right now. Phone conversations were confusing, text messages misunderstood idk just wasn’t what I thought it was going to be for my purpose in hiring him. They maybe great at training or boarding dogs idk that wasn’t my purpose or experience with them. But finding and vetting out a breeder not so good!! Sooo $250.00 down the toilet for stupid me!! 🥺

Well I am probably the first for not a rating them a five star. Curly’s offers several great services from boarding to grooming as well other services for dogs. We have used them for boarding and grooming and have been very pleased. Although what earned this three star rating is communication and customer service. They tend to use technology such as text message way to much. When certain information maybe need for a specific service they rely to much on texting. Which is not to reliable! If they haven’t gotten some specific information they need to be calling instead of texting before ones appointment. Especially if there has been a policy change. Lastly those who work there need some training in problem solution and show a bit more care and understanding to their customers. Our time during a day is just as important as theirs . Update Issues resolved!
