I got her from friend that he was a friend with there people that the y keep her in the basement an they was moving an told they mail the paper to him an havent did it

I just had my first training session with Phyllis at K-9 Crosswinds and it was a wonderful experience. She is a fantastic teacher who trained me as much as she trained my puppy. She taught me the basics to help my dog gain confidence in herself and become less hesitant. Phyllis knew exactly what state of mind my dog was in and helped me understand as well. It was a great session that worked wonders for us both and I will be going back for more lessons. I very highly recommend K-9 Crosswinds.
My parents board their dog here whenever they have longer trips. I have picked up their dog from several places, including this one, and it is usually clear if the dog had been given proper attention or not. I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility and its owner. My parents always consider this place their first option, if I lived in the area it would be mine as well.
Years and years of training and boarding knowledge! Phyllis is a top notch trainer, very highly sought after.
Phyllis has it figured out. 1.5 hours of private instruction is much better than group training sessions on a weekly basis. We learned so much and I felt like I was in my dog's head. She makes it clear. I highly recommend her training. She's great!
