I sent my big dog into this training course for dog reactivity. He went in having the worst experiences with dogs rushing him and surprising him so that made him reactive. I told cross tier k9 about our past traumas and what I’d like to see from this program. I recently took him out into a dog friendly space today for a little training session to see how this last week worked out. My dog LOVES small dogs. I’m not sure why but he will stop and fixate on them and want to be with them as soon as he sees them. As we were walking I didn’t see the small dog at all. The only reason I noticed was because my dog looked at the dog fixated for a second then snapped out and looked at me. I’ve never had such a good positive reaction out of him before seeing another dog. Small dog to boot. He also had a amazing heel the whole time we were inside. This week of training was the best thing I could have done for my dog. Thank you cross tier K9 for helping my boy and I!
