CRK9

The CRK9 Team helped our GSD Harley tremendously. When looking around for a trainer they were one of the top 5 I was looking into, what turned them into the top 1 was that other trainers recommended me to them. yes, OTHER TRAINERS pointed me to Carlos and his team!! Before even getting started Carlos spent an entire hour on the phone with me, not only answering questions but asking them. He did NOT act like he knew everything; he was trying to get to know me and Harley and understand where our needs were. The best part was Carlos, and his wife came to meet Harley before even setting anything up for training to start. Yes, he asked all about her, but he wanted to meet her and understand our needs even more than he did over the phone. That is what really made me happy with choosing them. They cared/still care about Harley and what her training plan was/is. We did a 3 week board and train, and by the end of it she was a completely changed dog. We first contacted them because Harley was scared, timid, and did not listen when outside of our home. Since she has been back, we walk with 0 pulling, 0 running away from other dogs or children, and she listens like her life depends on it. Our relationship has become so much better since she got professional training. Harley is a GSD that is scared of many people, she was even scared and timid when I dropped her off. Once Carlos brought her back she was in love with him! It showed us they really care and take care of the dogs they train. They continue to help as time goes on. I know when I have a question, or something arises that they will answer and help walk me through whatever roadblock we have hit. I love working with them and will continue to recommend them because they know what they are doing, care about families and their dogs, and want you to have an amazing relationship with your pet.

Carlos and team saved us by helping us train our doodle. We were at our end point psychologically with our pup and after CRK9 training we have a new relationship with our dog. We are all much happier. This is a comprehensive training experience. This team even helped us refine our dog’s diet (which also helped us). I love that they spent 2 hours with us when they brought our pup Griffin back. Our trainer made sure we knew what we needed to do (we were overwhelmed)—they checked on us and have been so responsive to each and all questions we had post-training. We felt set up for success and supported. Oh and our dog LOVES his trainer—-you can tell they take exceptional care with your dog. We felt confident our dog was safe and loved while he was away in training. A few things to know-it’s not all your dog trainer’s (or dog’s) responsibility—-YOU need to do work too. If you put in the time and listen to the CRK9 team you will succeed. Carlos’s team trained our pup and our family :) We are very thankful. We see so much potential with our lovely high energy guy. He is eager to please, and so smart—and now we know how to direct that energy. BIG thank you to this amazing team of trainers.
