I am writing this with a very heavy heart. Our family is devastated and completely heartbroken. Our precious fur baby who just turned 5 Australian Shepherd passed away while in the care of Critical Thinking Dog Services. Eddie, his mom Yolie, sister Brianna have not given us any explanation as to what might have happened on their end. Eddie's brother Josh of Critical Thinking with Josh has also not returned my voicemail or text. After our dog's unfortunate tragedy, I reached out for insurance information but Eddie has not responded. I don't usually post but if this review can save another family from suffering like we are it's worth it. They said our fur baby was found in his crate on July 26, 2026. And no attempt was made to get him to any emergency services. Herschel was so loved by his family, we miss him beyond words, may he rest in peace.

Eddie is responsive and flexible with our schedule. Last summer our dog boarded with him for 10 days and came back calm and well-cared for. We are so appreciative of the service he provides and would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer/boarder.
