I didn't have the option for no stars for this but it won't let me share this truth. My boyfriend and I started training for our new dog at this location. What we were expected to be a six week one time expense for six weeks, turned out to be two sessions of a final decision to no longer continue with the training. Getting right down to it, we had gotten into forty more dollars for proper equipment to train with . Now 170 turned into 210 dollars. Having to be on a field with too many other dogs and people. The trainers hit our dog with a metal can so hard that it hurt him. The trainers also continuously told us what to do with our dog to make him do what they wanted. These people are not who we would recommend at all. Pay the 600 dollars for off leash K9. It's not yet, but very soon, the way we are going.
If I could give a half star I would. I was there only 2 lessons and then there was rain and 2 lessons were canceled because of the weather and muddy conditions on the 3rd lesson one of her helpers hit my dog with a medal bowl twice hard enough for her to yelp. The 4th wk my dog would not get out of the car I never went back and will never refer her to anyone ever
My Golden retriever graduated from agility and obedience! It was so fun and we learned so much!
She is always very professional and reasonably priced
