Crank's Custom Canines

Cranks custom Canine is hands-down, the best out there! GENE and Jenn are very straightforward and don’t sugarcoat anything! They don’t give you false hope saying that they’re gonna turn your dog into the most perfect dog ever while they are away at training with them, but instead they give you realistic expectations and are very straightforward in informing you that you will have to maintain and keep up with what your dog learns from them. So right off the bat if you think that you’re going to be able to drop your dog off to get trained and then pick them up and bring them home and not follow through with the lessons Provided in the cost and not have to keep up with it on your end then you really shouldn’t bring your dog to get trained anywhere. I am grateful for the foundation that Gene and Jenn set for my dog Duke I am excited to not only continue with the lessons that we have remaining, but also keep up with it on my end as it is already very clear how beneficial the four week training Duke has completed has been for him! When I tell you not in 1 million years did I think my sweet cuddly overprotective boy would be able to roam in my backyard ready to bark at something behind our back wall and be called by name to come to me and without any corrections needed but instead just turn around and gallop to me within a second!!!! Something I do want to share that I’m sure not everyone cares about, but I think is good to put out is that with Cranks custom canines you are allowed to visit with your dog while they are away at Training!!!! And not only are you allowed to visit but they are extremely patient and understanding with you when you overload them with questions or concerns they remain patient and understanding. They are also very prompt at responding when you message them in regards to just about anything while your dog is at Training or already home as well. While my duke was away for four weeks being trained, he has learned a lot, and although I still have a lot to learn in lessons ahead, I am overwhelmed with Happiness and satisfaction from seeing all of his adventures during training, along with being able to see all the best friends he made along the way! I’m beyond hopeful to see my skittish boy slowly become stronger and more confident every step of the way! And I’m so relieved to know that there is so much hope in him being able to interact with both dogs bigger in size and smaller in size from him as before Training this was a non-negotiable. He was not about any dogs other than his siblings in our house! I apologize if this Reviews everywhere, but on an ending no, I will say that I promise to come back and leave another review or update this Review as time goes on! For now, we are so happy to have our boy back and all the cuddles that we’ve missed out on for the last month and being said we know he also misses his cuddle time with his “Auntie” Jenn!

I had a great experience with Crank’s Custom Canines. Gene and Jen are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about the dogs they work with. Gene found and helped me work through Xaavi’s confusion in training. He really took the time to understand him and what was causing the issue. He walked me through the “why” behind everything, explaining the theory in a way that actually made sense and applied directly to us. That problem-solving approach made a huge difference for my dog’s progress, and for my confidence as a handler. You can tell they’re not just trainers, they truly understand dogs and how to develop them the right way. I’d highly recommend Crank’s Custom Canines to anyone serious about training and building a better relationship with their dog.
