Courteous K9

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Courteous K9! Our golden retriever puppy went through obedience training using an e-collar as well as their day training and group classes. The results have been fantastic — she’s so much more responsive, calm, and confident both at home and in public. We appreciated how simple and clear the training process was. We felt supported every step of the way. The trainers clearly know what they’re doing and genuinely care about the dogs they work with. Highly recommend Courteous K9 to anyone looking for training that really works!

We brought our puppy to Courteous K9 for Foundations 1, and it has been an incredible experience from start to finish! Our trainer Ethan is amazing, he truly cares about every dog he works with, and his passion for helping pups (and their humans) shows. We have a very social dog who struggles with his attention span, and Ethan gave us so many helpful tips and tricks to keep him focused without ever making us feel judged. Thanks to his guidance, we started seeing progress quickly! He’s not only knowledgeable and patient but also has a calm, confident energy that makes both dogs and owners feel at ease. Highly recommend Courteous K9 and Ethan to anyone looking for effective training! Our dog also attends day training, and he absolutely loves it. Every staff member we’ve met has been so kind, welcoming, and clearly devoted to the dogs’ success. We can’t wait to move on to Foundations 2 and keep learning.

Highly recommend the dog training classes. We have a GSP that started going to classes at 8 weeks old. We are complimented everywhere we go about how good of a dog she is! Anybody who has owned a GSP know they are a bundle of wound up energy, but with the help of the trainers she is a joy to have inside our home. Lastly I highly recommend looking into the boarding and training package. It was a relief to know that our pup was getting training, dog play, and exercise when we were gone! Not the typical boarding where she was in a kennel the entire time.

Foundations 1 perfect puppy was extremely helpful! Both my husband and I learned so much about how to train our puppy. Mikaela and Erin were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They really went above and beyond to help each individual puppy in the best way possible. We feel ready to take on foundations 2 and keep working with our puppy! We will definitely continue using Courteous K9 for all our puppy’s training needs!
