FirstBarkCourteous K9 has been a godsend when it comes to our puppy we did the puppy classes with Jess and the the four week board and train with Emma. These two have been amazing they are so kind and answer so many questions. I never have to worry when my dog is at daycare. Everyone there is wonderful and so inviting. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.

We look forward to taking more classes and day training when we can get in! With others dogs, we had tried several other training locations in Rochester. To me what sets Courteous K9s apart is their recognition that different dogs need different strategies. Ethan is an amazing trainer who provided us hope and a non judgmental attitude which gave us a great start!

Me and my husband decided to put our puppy Prismo into Foundations 1 to train him before our baby arrives. We have seen so much improvements with him throughout each lesson. Our trainer Ethan was very patient and encouraging during class. In the short time span of 6 weeks, Prismo is already showing a lot of promise and we already are planning for Foundations 2 and day training. The facility itself is clean and well kept. We appreciate the size of the class. We previously have experienced classes where it was many dogs at once and it was difficult during every class, so this was an aspect that we enjoyed. We think the price itself is reasonable. We definitely would recommend Courteous K9 and look forward to working with them again.
Purchased A dog prong collar for my puppy for 50$ , collar was to big they took away links and said i could get free links when needed & i guess it wasn't not the case had to pay for each link that was already once part of the collar
We just finished taking Foundations 1 with Ethan and our experience was great. They utilize a balanced approach that creates positive training experiences for your dog and is effective. I really appreciate the small class sizes because you receive feedback that is specific to you and your dog. Prices are also very reasonable for the time/quality of instruction!
