Karen is very knowledgeable. She is not at all judgmental- thankfully! Her advice was practical and helped me thru the early days with my new companion. I will definitely be coming back for more when my Hazel and I are ready for advanced learning! Ps-it’s really very fun!

My corgi, Maris, and I have been working with Karen for about a year and a half. Karen is a true dog person, who accepts each dog on their own terms and helps them learn, without dominance. She accepts dogs for the individuals they are and helps owners learn how to communicate with their animal companions.

We’ve taken multiple classes with our dog since she was a young puppy, and each one has been engaging and thoughtfully designed to build the skills she needed at every stage. She’s now well on her way to becoming a great service dog, and she still gets excited every time we come back for another class.

Our golden retriever attended puppy kindergarten and focused puppy classes. Karen is a very knowledgeable instructor who is intuitive about dog behavior. She was able to offer advice on every issue She taught basic commands and strategies to manage distractions and improve impulse control. The classes are small and included play time which Skyler loved.
