Country Life K9 Training

We brought our 6 month old mixed-breed pup to CountryLifeK9 in March for a 3-week training stay and could not be happier with the results! Our pup was already a sweet guy but seriously in need of politeness, understanding commands, and just basic respect training. After 3 weeks the results were amazing — we can take Barley out for walks on heel, and let him run around off leash in his big yard confident that he won’t stray and with the tools to keep him out of issues interacting with other animals and people. He is so much happier with the freedom that we can give him, within the boundaries he now understands from Lauren and Sarah’s methods and tools they have given us. Barley has been back twice now for boarding and he just loves it here! Thank you Lauren & Sarah!

Murphy will be 9 coming up at the end of May. When he was a pup we put him threw off leash training but really didn’t stay on top of it like we should have. After 8 years we decided we wanted to be able to bring him everywhere if we could we just needed to have him retrained. Murphy went to Country life for 4 weeks and came home a well trained boy. One of his biggest issues was his ball obsession and not being able to walk on a leash. Since he has been home he now goes on daily walks- sometimes 2-3 x a day and has attended a lacrosse game for my son. If you wish you could take your dog in public - don’t wait to sign up for this training. I think Murphy is now living his best life ever! Thanks Country life K9!

We brought our 6month old Boxer to County life K9 training and it was the best decision we could have made. I had watched a reform of a friend’s dog and it was amazing. We couldn’t thank them enough for everything they taught our girl. She was terrible on a leash, she jumped on us, counter surfed, nipped at our clothes and skin, and did not listen at all. Today she is a changed girl. I just can’t get over how much they taught her in a 3 week period. I honestly wondered if our girl would graduate. We were definitely proved wrong quickly. Lauren and Sara are definitely dog whisperers for sure!!!! We appreciate them so much.

Country Life K9 Training has made my life so much easier when it comes to my wild lab pup Gunner! Gunner is just your typical lab puppy with a lot of energy, issues with pulling on the leash, table surfing, jumping up to greet people, and normal manors. It was like night and day when we picked Gunner up after his 3 weeks of training. Our walks are so much more enjoyable now that he knows how to behave on the leash. We both get excited for our daily walks now not just Gunner! Car rides are great since he understands he needs to lay down and chill instead of walking all around the car. I also love that the little kiddos can come give Gunner some loving without him getting so excited and knocking them over. I highly recommend Country Life K9 Training- from start to finish it was such a great experience! We will be using Country Life for boarding as well!
