FirstBarkSent our two pups to Chris and Starla, both for the 2 week obedience, but mainly for jumping and resource guarding. Can’t say enough great things about their training! Both of our guys came back well mannered with much better training, command, and no more issues! Will send our dogs back in the future

We have been fortunate to have Starla work with our German Shepherd's for almost 10 years. She has both the skills and passion for working with dogs. In my experience it takes a true dog lover to achieve the best results. We consider our dog a member of the family and I wouldn't trust him with anyone else for board and train work. Starla is absolutly the best in her field.
We can’t say enough about Starla as both an amazing dog trainer and accommodating business owner! Our golden retriever is a changed dog after participating in the 3 week obedience program. And more recently, Starla was nice enough to pick Gus up at our home and board him while my wife was having our baby! She’s truly been a huge help for us as well a fantastic trainer and all around good person.

I can’t say enough good things about Starla and the role she has played in my dogs lives! I honestly could’ve of done all of this without her and am so grateful for the guidance and structure she’s given me and my dogs. I’ve done obedience classes, private training, in home training, and customized board & train with her (I’ve done it all!)! Both of my dogs had reactivity both on and off leash and high prey drives. I wanted to feel more confident with them on leash and especially off-leash. Off-leash is very important to me and I wanted consistency. Starla suggested e-collar training and the rest was history! I feel that my dogs are safe and that’s so important as a dog owner. Overall the quality of life for my dogs has DRASTICALLY improved because of her. My dogs get to go to the beach, hikes, walking trails, and all the fun things a pup can/should do! I would also like to mention that my dogs are obsessed with Starla and that's also important when looking for a trainer, they very much enjoy their time with her! If you’re looking for an amazing trainer who is extremely knowledgable, patient, thorough, and reliable you’ve come to the right place! I can always rely on Starla, even now when my dogs no longer need training sessions. Thank you Starla for all you've done for us! We are forever grateful!!

I don’t think there are enough words express how grateful I am for Starla. She worked with my dog, Poptart, during a 3 week board and train. When I dropped Poptart off, I could barley take her out in public without her reacting to everything in sight!! It was very isolating for both of us and put a big strain on our relationship. However after the board and train, I can now take Poptart virtually anywhere! While we still have the occasional reaction, I am much more calm in those situations and have the tools I need to communicate effectively with Poptart. That’s all thanks to Starla. She truly has helped to improve my relationship with my dog! Poptart is also obsessed with Starla and we plan on continuing our training with her!
