She was understanding what we wanted with the training and reassured us that what we are hoping to train him to do and not to do were realistic goals. She understood our concerns and hopes. There was no sell8ng techniques, there was never any pushing other additional purchases! She was very down to earth and relatable! Greatly appreciated!
