Cornerstone Dog Training

If you're looking for dog/obedience training, look no further. Cornerstone was worth every penny, and their price is very reasonable for everything you get. The training is life-long because they teach you how to train and communicate with your dog. I adopted a 6 year old Pointer/Lab mix who is very high energy and was very wild. My wife and I were very stressed and started thinking we might not be a good fit, but we decided to try Cornerstone's program before we gave up on him. We are very glad we did. We are his 5th owner! After several weeks of hard work, we have a completely different dog. We learned how to focus his energy in positive ways and put him to "work," which can be as simple as sitting in place. Both my dog and I are much happier now that we know how communicate. I highly recommend Cornerstone Dog Training.

My husband and I trained our adult Boxer and Labrador with Jason and Kyle and we are incredibly happy with the results. Our dogs have learned to be calm and stay on their beds in the house, they have a great off-leash heel, and their recall is solid. We love to hike outdoors and now we can hike confidently, knowing that we have control over our dogs when seeing other dogs and people. I highly recommend this program to anybody with a dog. Our boxer was an "adrenaline junky" before this training and he needed an intervention. But even our labrador, who was calm and mild before the training has greatly improved with Jason and Kyle's help. We now have two wonderfully trained dogs and we are so happy!

Jason has been amazing with my dog, Enzo. He was a rescue dog. At 6 years old, Enzo started aggressively biting and I could not break him from it and was considering putting him down rather than risk someone else getting hurt. After Enzo viciously bit me, I was afraid of him. The biting completely disconnected our bond. That’s when I found Jason 🙂. I took Enzo to him for a temperament check to see if the problem could be resolved. I have had and trained many difficult dogs and I was pretty convinced Enzo was hopeless. Jason immediately gave me the correct tool/slip leash with information about how to use it so I would be safe without any pressure to do his program but encouraged me to consider it because he thought Enzo was worth saving. We did finish his program and worked hard to rehab him (and trained me!) Enzo is doing great now! He is as consistent as I am. Jason is calm and persistent. I would highly recommend him personally and his training program. The monthly socialization classes are super helpful.
