We couldn’t be happier with the training our Bella received. Rachel is completely in tune with your dog’s needs and keeps you informed every step of the way. Watching Bella’s transformation and knowing the hours Rachel spent with her is an investment we highly recommend. My husband I have three cats and recently adopted a Lab/Golden Retriever puppy named Bear. A friend of ours also adopted a puppy and gave us Rachel's information. Wow, Rachel is Amazing! Her vibe is very warm and she's very easy to talk to. Her love for dogs was apparent as soon as we met her: she said, "This is our dogs' place, they allow us to live here." If there is just one thing we've taken away from Rachel's training it's, "What will keep our dog safe?" She taught us to think of Bear's safety above all else and everything will follow. For example, I told Rachel my fear of Bear hurting our cats. She made sure to expose Bear to cats during his training (Rachel loves cats too!) and she explained, "Bear chasing the cats around the house is dangerous for all parties involved -not just the cats... and there is always the possibility your cats may never be totally happy with Bear. What we don't want is your cats striking Bear out of fear OR for Bear to live in fear of your cats." Makes total sense! Rachel keeps an open line of communication; even when Bear is home with us, she checks in on Bear and asks how everyone in the household is doing. There are no silly questions, Rachel truly cares for the safety and happiness of dogs AND the families. Also, if you think you'll miss your puppy while they're away at training, Rachel sends video and photos throughout everyday to show daily improvements. Her Videos Are Worth Saving!! I reference them when I am uncertain of what to do :) Bear just came home from his Teenage Training last weekend and he isn't chasing the cats!! They're able to walk around the house while Bear acknowledges their presence without giving chase! My husband and I eat dinner in the dining room with Bear lying down at our feet. His barking out of FOMO has decreased significantly (he was frantically barking 30-40 minutes before calming down) Bear is less anxious around the cats, he is much more comfortable in his fur -he's such a happy confident puppy! Rachel Is The Best! If your dog is just a little puppy figuring things out or a full grown adult with severe behavioral issues, You Want Rachel!

We reached out to Rachel because our dog, Goose, had serious leash reactivity. Walks were stressful and embarrassing—he would pull, lunge, and bark any time we saw another dog. As a rescue, he also struggled with confidence, and it felt like we had hit a wall. Goose spent a month with Rachel, and from the start, she was incredible. She sent us daily video updates so we could see his progress and understand what he was learning. Over the course of 30 days, we watched him transform into a confident, well-mannered dog. It was clear that Rachel put her heart into working with him. She treated Goose like one of her own and helped us learn how to communicate with him more effectively. Today, I took Goose on his first walk after training. We passed several dogs on the trail, and instead of barking and lunging, he calmly stepped off the trail, went into a down-stay, and waited for them to pass. For the first time, we were able to enjoy a peaceful walk together. It was something we honestly never thought possible. Rachel is passionate, skilled, and genuinely cares about every dog she works with. If you want your dog to reach its full potential, I can’t recommend Rachel and Cor Canis highly enough.

Rachel has been working with Izzy and I since my girl was 10 weeks old. Now 6 months, Izzy is coming to work with me, has excellent manners, is socialized, and has learned off-leash freedom so she can be the amazing dog that she is everywhere we go. Rachel provides so much support to me by being available via phone for any questions I may have and when Izzy is boarding and training with her, she sends me videos daily of her progress and allows me to visit as often as I need to feel comfortable.
