I am in awe of Copilot and team. So much that I needed to come here to praise them right after a in-home session we just had. Hailey has been working with our dog Mowgli for a few weeks now with their day-training program, and the progress that Mowgli has shown is absolutely fantastic. Mowgli is heartworm positive and a young teen dog who has so much going on for him right now and we were so lost on how to help him settle and if we would even be able to handle training him. But the team at Copilot has made us feel like family and has really partnered with us to find what works for him. I cannot express the level of care, understanding, and expertise that these wonderful people have. Each session is intentional and always feels tailored to what we need in the week and in the long term. Obviously, so much work happens outside of the sessions but Hailey has given us so many tools and tricks for Mowgli and helps us whenever we need it. I went from feeling lost and with a crazy dog to feeling confident and in control, and most importantly, seeing the makings of a great life-long companion. We have a long way to go with Mowgli, but I know so long as we're with Copilot anything is possible---- and for that I have so much gratitude. I plan on being a member of the Copilot pack and hope to bring him to classes when he can handle that and do more training with him for as long as possible.

All were well worth the cost and have been so helpful to our dog and his humans. They’ve not only taught us skills but also expanded our empathy for and understanding of our dog and all dogs! Don’t think twice about working with this team - just go for it!
We worked with Ronnie, who was fantastic! Our biggest goal was to improve Andy’s separation anxiety, and in no time we were able to safely and calmly leave Andy home alone with our other dog. The training was fun, structured, and personal.
