We've also done some puppy play classes and love the supervision from the team. EXCELLENT experience! Will continue to take other classes as they are offered. Ronnie is great! We did the Puppy 1 class and she is an awesome instructor. We also had a personal hiccup (had to push back to the next session) and she was very understanding and easy to work with. My pup Donnie loved his time at Copilot!

Margaret is the best dog trainer I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many). She’s incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming. She’s extremely patient and adjusts training effortlessly if something doesn’t seem to work for my dog Finch, who is a rescue. I saw her do this with all the other dogs in the class as well, so that every dog had a chance to try Every skill in his or her own way. She’s also super super kind and encouraging to the humans who are trying so hard to teach our doggies. Her new space is bright and clean, and she even Want to provided a mat for Finch to sit on because I didn’t have one that I brought with me. Honestly, I’d give her 10 stars if I could don’t hesitate to sign up for classes or playgroups or workshops with Margaret @Copilot!!

We found Copilot as recommended by a friend. We rescued Gus in late August from Georgia and wanted to start training right away to get him used to city life. After our initial phone call we started working with Jess and she has been amazing! She worked with us one on one listening to our goals for Gus and adjusting based on how he progressed. Using positive reinforcement (which was huge for us) and giving detailed recaps and homework set us up for success with Gus! Jess knows dogs and their behaviors so well it helped not only to get Gus to listen in the home and on walks but also gave us tips on what to watch for and how to be confident with him. After a few sessions he has improved so much and we’re graduating to group classes! Cannot recommend Jess and everyone at Copilot enough!
