Convergent K9

I cannot speak highly enough about Mike and what he's done for our dogs. Before finding Mike, we sent our dogs (two aussie mixes) to another board and train program and had a terrible experience. Just terrible. After nearly a number of months of feeling hopeless, we decided to try again. That's when I came across Mike and his board and train program. I reached out to Mike with a lot of hesitation. I explained everything that had happened before and went over all of our concerns. He was great to work with from that first contact! He understood our hesitance and took the time to explain why what happened before wouldn't happen with him. We decided to do the three week board and train and we will be forever grateful! Our pups are high-energy and a bit hard-headed, but they were like new pooches when we got them back! I was really grateful that Mike sent pictures and videos of their progress while they were away. Once our pups returned to us after training, Mike walked us through everything in detail so that we can continue working with them and solidify their training and hard work. He gave us the tools we needed and was also very responsive when I reached out with questions or needed a refresher on a certain command. Whenever we go on trips, we do our best to board with Mike because we know that they're in safe hands and that they're training will continue to be reenforced. Honestly, sending our dogs to Convergent K9 was one of the best investments we've made. Whereas before training, they were a huge stressor in our home, they're now such a joy! We've always loved them, but before training they were so unpredictable. Now we have confidence knowing how our dogs will react when in public, when they see other dogs, and when guests come over.
