We sent our two dogs to board and train with Lisa. They were relatively well-behaved to start with but thought they could use some better manners for those general things like barking especially when people are coming and going. She regularly sent us pictures and videos and we were so blown away by what she was able to do with them. I feel like she taught them to WANT to train with us and learn new things. She was never harsh or rough with them, which we appreciated. When she came for a follow-up training session for us, my dogs were so happy to see her. You could tell it was an overall excellent experience for them- they never left her side. Recommending her is really a no-brainer if you want polite pets.
