What can I say, I am so grateful to have found Eileen. I have a 9 month old puppy, Violet, who had no manners (but she’s adorable). Eileen stepped in and is so calm and patient. After the first session my little girl was already responding to command words. I’m so excited with the progress. She loves Eileen (cried for her at the door when she left). I have seen great strides from my little girl in just two visits. Thank you, Eileen, for your help and kindness. It is truly appreciated and I would recommend you to anyone who’s fur baby needs some extra help conquering the challenges in his/her new home, with new friends, guests and other fur babies.

Eileen is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My dog is a big fan as well. On the first appointment, she was able to pinpoint the exact cause of my dog’s behavior and provided effective guidance to help my anxious dog. The class didn’t feel rushed as we were able to discuss in detail all the positive and challenge areas of my dog’s behavior. I am looking forward to our upcoming classes and highly I recommend.

Mrs. Eileen Koval is a wonderful trainer and human being. The booking process was incredibly easy, as I listed each puppy’s medical history and the trouble we’ve been having training each (the eldest is 1yr and the youngest 5mo). It was a very thorough application, which I was very grateful for considering we had two puppies that required training and they each have their own unique personalities. Within the first ten minutes of the appointment, it was clear Mrs. Koval had reviewed all the information I had listed in the booking application. It was so refreshing and encouraging to see her come prepared to work with the puppies right from the get-go. She listened intently to the information we gave her regarding our puppies’ triggers and their personalities, and was very receptive to our observations of the puppies’ behaviors during their training. For example, one of our puppies (Willow) is very food motivated and tried to get the best of both worlds by barking at guests to then responding to instruction and turning away from our guests. Mrs. Koval caught on quickly and adjusted Willow’s reward reception to only being given food after a calm glance to and away from guests. I am so grateful for her flexibility and attention to detail. My family and I saw immediate results with correcting the puppies’ behavior from that one visit. There is no doubt we will be booking follow-up appointments in the future. I give Mrs. Koval my highest recommendation for dog owners looking to train their own furry family members.

Eileen is the best!!! My husband and I rescued a 4mo old street pup from Mexico and decided that we could all use some training. I found Eileen based off of reviews online and really liked that she comes to your home. Our puppy Bruno has severe anxiety around meeting new people, other dogs, and kennel training so I wasn't comfortable taking him to a training facility. Bruno made strides with Eileen about 30 min into our first appt and got extremely comfortable with her based on the exercises she had us do. Fast forward to our second appt and Bruno was thrilled to greet her at the door! Our second appointment was heavily focused on kennel training/anxiety and we can tell that he's getting more comfortable on a daily basis as we continue to utilize the tools Eileen has provided. I cannot wait to see how much more process he makes with our future visits with Eileen! :)

Working with Eileen is changing my extremely anxious dog into a confident, happy pup. He was badly abused before we adopted him. He would not interact with us, was frozen with fear, and would not leave his bed. He is now a love bug and enjoys people. He is playful. He is gaining confidence as we introduce new challenges, such as walking on a leash and riding in the car. Eileen’s approach is gentle and knowledgeable. She offers great support when I have questions between sessions. I am so grateful to have found her.
