My boyfriend and I have a 9 month old German Shepherd who completed the 5 week program, and we are so grateful and impressed how much was accomplished during that time. We were training him on our own, but the counter surfing, socialization, biting, and pulling on walks were getting worse, and he was becoming more disobedient. After the first week, during our group session, at pick up, Sal taught us the basic cues they use with a thorough explanation as to why it works and how it would benefit us as the training continued. We saw a noticeable difference at home that first weekend and thereafter. The level of training, knowledge, and patience remained consistent, getting us even more excited with the progress he was making. Sal and Liz helped Tripp become a more confident dog. This training facility not only works countless hours on our furry family members, but the love and dedication in what they do, shows through the expression and appreciation your animal has whenever they are around them, at their facility! I had Sal and Liz train my service animal, Kayle who was boarded with them for 5 straight weeks, and they did an amazing job! I am now able to travel with Kayle without the worries of having issues with TSA or others around us. Anyone who is considering Complete K9 Services, please do not hesitate! Our experience at Complete K9 has been amazing. Our 3 year old German Shephard Mix, Toby, was in the 5 week board and train program that at the time was the last resort for us before finding Toby a home without children. This program was just what our dog reactive/kid sensitive/resource guarding fur baby needed. We have been to a different training program before with our first fur baby but had an aweful experience and was afraid to trust any other team with Toby. We were ready to give him up to a safe environment before having another training experience that made us feel unsafe. In the end, choosing to try again with Complete K9 was the best decision we ever made. Sal and the team are confident, knowledgeable, and LOVE what they do. Their passion goes far beyond basic obedience, so that not only are the dogs trained, but all the family members are trained as well - including our kids who could get involved. Their flexibility in scheduling for private trainings work well with anyone who has a busy schedule. What I found refreshing - Sal listened to our concerns and was adaptable to any new concerns we had so that the training plan was a fluid and personalized one for Toby not just a set program that may not focus on what Toby needed. He was still able to learn all the basic obedience but with a tailored program for the best outcomes. We will certainly keep up our training at home, with group classes, and of course the vacation boarding for refreshers! Thank you to thw whole team.
