Complete K-9

We have boarded our golden retriever Harley, at Complete K-9, and under its previous business as Hi-Lo Kennels many years. Their manager Kenzie, has been with both Operations, and treats Harley like he's her very own. He loves going there, and is happy and comfortable with their routines. If doors were left open, he would literally run from our car, through the building, and out back to where he knows his kennel room is. He sits at the door, and barks to be let in. As any dog parent will tell you, knowing your dog is safe, happy, and in good hands is the priority. It's not cheap, but it's equivalent to the other kennels, with far better care in our opinion.

Complete K9 Dog Training has been life-changing for our family. We adopted a 65‑pound pit bull who is all muscle—unfortunately, I am not. Walking was always a struggle because of her strength and pulling on the leash. She was also very skittish around other dogs and would shy away rather than engage. After completing the Fundamentals Training at Complete K9, for both our dog and us, the transformation was incredible. She now walks gently on a loose leash, sits and goes down when needed, and is noticeably more confident and interactive with other dogs. After moving on to Mastery Training, she learned to heel on command and can even walk off leash. The progress has exceeded our expectations. The trainers at Complete K9 are incredibly skilled, patient, and kind. It’s obvious they love dogs and what they do. Their biweekly organized social hour club is amazing and made a huge positive difference in our dog’s social skills. The other dogs and their families who attend are welcoming, supportive, and encouraging, which creates such a positive environment. We love seeing the trainers regularly, so we send our dog to daycare at Complete K9 and attend the social hour events. The daily report cards and photos are a great touch, and it truly feels like a community that genuinely cares! Complete K9 has literally improved our lives and our relationship with our sweet dog. The cost of the training is competitive and they even offer a payment plan if so desired. Being able to take our pit bull out in public while both of us feel calm and relaxed is a dream come true. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Complete K9 to anyone looking for real results and compassionate training.

We came to Complete K9 with a 12 week old German shepherd. She was extremely skiddish (to others), highly anxious, hated her crate, and had trouble listening. Within the first 2 weeks of training I knew we were at the right place. James and Coretta take a very balanced approach to dog training and I couldn’t be more thankful. They also ensure the owners know how to execute any and all training while home to ensure the dogs are getting the best reps possible. Our now 8 month old shepherd can heel off leash, can recall, place, stay, and also has way more confidence and curiosity while out and about. I cannot express my gratitude to Complete K9 enough. James, Coretta, and team truly care about the teaching of skills to the owner and dog. My pup now is fully engaged to me and our relationship couldn’t be better. We love training and cannot wait to learn more together! Even better, they offer a phenomenal daycare, grooming, or overnight boarding service which my pup loves!
