Immediately told me my senior rescue dog would need to wear a prong collar and a shock collar. He's 25lbs. If they need to hurt a small dog in order to control him, that's not a very good trainer. Especially considering they wanted to charge $3000/week!!!! He's already timid, submissive, and traumatized. He's never hurt anyone but in under two minutes, they already determined they wanted to hurt him. Disgusting. Abusive. I guess they figure he won't bark if he's too busy crying in pain.

I contracted with Command K9 Behavior for the provision of a fully trained service dog at the cost of $14,000. Upon delivery, the dog exhibited behaviors wholly inconsistent with service-animal training, including being described by the provider as “too nervous” to enter public spaces with crowds and causing significant property damage within 24 hours of placement. Following these incidents, multiple independent professionals evaluated the dog and issued written statements confirming that the animal had not been trained as a service dog. When I sought remediation, the owner, Ally, refused any form of refund or resolution and instead responded with threats of legal action, including a cease-and-desist letter, for attempting to document and share my experience. Based on my firsthand experience and the supporting evaluations from qualified professionals, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a legitimately trained service animal.
