I consulted with Hayley to help choose the right dog for our family. Not only was Hayley able to help us understand the breed and temperament type to best suit our young children and lifestyle, she guided us on how to identify a reputable breeder in our search for our preferred breed. Hayleys experienced showed as she hi-lighted for us things we hadn’t even considered like certain breed-specific behaviors and genetic conditions to be aware of. She then guided us through observing the mother of the litter and about hip scoring, the dangers of pediatric neutering, early socialization etc… She then coached us about what to expect from a puppy when they first come home, how to puppy proof our house, about toilet training, chewing, separation anxiety, puppy sleep, crate training and more. Next session we are working on preventative dog-child safety in the home. We have gotten so much value out of our consults. Highly recommend!

Hayley has been an amazing resource for me, a foster dog mom! When we first received our foster dog, we were having issues with dog reactivity. Hayley took the time to sit with me and discuss all of our concerns and observations. I never once felt rushed during the conversation and knew she cared about the wellbeing of our foster. Based on what was discussed, she was then able to provide suggestions on how to help our foster dog feel more confident and work on his reactivity. She sent resources including photos and videos of how to properly complete the training steps we discussed. After a few days, I sent Hayley progress videos where she then provided additional feedback and suggestions. Our foster dog has come so far with his confidence and I only have Hayley to thank! I recommend her to anyone! She is very knowledgeable, professional and a great person overall!

We have had a fantastic experience with Hayley at Comeback Dog Training! We got our dog during the pandemic and realized after a year that he was reactive to new people coming inside the house. Hayley worked with us to set goals around desensitizing him to the doorbell, helping us understand his body language so we can recognize when he feels threatened, and learning to redirect him with potential triggers. We did a 10 session package and made tremendous progress on all of our goals! Hayley has so much knowledge about dogs so we plan to use the last few sessions to make sure we stay consistent with the habits we have learned with her. I like her style of really understanding the dog, focusing on safety, and using rewards to shift behavior. We highly recommend her!
