I think these reviews are paid or encouraged for a gift card or something, because I cannot relate to this boarding experience. First of all, go tour this place before you board and not the day of the boarding. I rescued my dog from the humane society and it looks exactly the same, from the gray boring colors, to the gates to separate the dogs. Second, they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING! You want a 1 foot larger room that they have plenty of? That’s $30 more per day, you want a 2 foot larger room? That’s $50 more per day. You want updates on your dog? That’s $6 per day. You want separate play because your dog doesn’t play well with others? That’s $9 per day. You want your dog to get their energy out with various activities? That’s also more money. You want your dogs to stay, do nothing, get sick, and don’t get updates, oh that’s included! To go on about that, they told me when I was there that they won’t send me updates unless I pay for the puparazzi whatever thing, but I can call in anytime for a free update. So I go to call on Sunday, oh yeah they only have someone there from 9-10 and 5-6. Try calling anytime between then and you’re SOL. I call on Monday and again they said “well if you get the puparrazi we’ll send updates daily”, and I said “well it’s crazy I’m spending $1000 in a week for you but then I still have to pay $6 per day for an update? And she said “ok I understand” and said bye. The best part about the stay? The hygiene of the facility! Not. I got my dogs back and that night they’re coughing.. I thought, ok maybe it’s something in the air. The next day they called me to ask how my stay was with them. How can I tell them how my dogs stay was when I never got updates unless I paid extra, and my dogs surely can’t talk? I mentioned I think they had kennel cough and she kept redirecting it to “canine cough”. No maam, your place looks like the humane society, it’s a kennel. I asked her if they had any confirmed cases and she said they had a few. A few… so no precautions were taken so other dogs wouldn’t get sick. Oh yeah, last thing! There’s nobody to watch your dogs from 8pm to 6am, so they’re by themselves in a new facility with nobody monitoring in case of an emergency. My dogs were so bored and not monitored that they chewed up their new dog bed! 😁 Save yourself the trouble and just book a dog sitter on rover, or find another boarding facility, I can name a bit that I recommend more so than this.
