Really excellent dog trainer! I was concerned because I had never used a prong collar for walking our dog. But Dennis was very good at demonstrating how to put it on the dog correctly and also use it - so the dog understands who is in charge and self corrects. It was a very positive experience for both me and our dog and I would highly recommend this dog trainer. I thought the price was completely reasonable given Dennis’s high level of expertise; resources he pointed us to; plus very good tips Dennis provided on how to stop obsessive barking and getting our dog to come when called.
Dennis was great! He was very personable and made sure he understood our training goals. Our biggest problem was not having full control of our dog while outside/on walks. He did great showing us how to regain control and have our dog listen to us at all times. Everything he taught us was a simple change that we could be consistent with, which led to big results.
My 5 month old puppy eager to please so she is generally easy to train, but I just didn’t know what to do. She has greatly benefited from learning the basics of potty training, leash training, etc. I’m very happy with the results, and we now have a good foundation to build on! Highly recommended!
Dennis was professional, knowledgeable, and able to correct my dog issues. We are all happy.
