How legitimate and honest and can kennels and ranch puppy breeders be trusted
It depends on the facility, compliance with agencies, cleanliness etc. How does all the state, local and Akc inspections perform. Many professional kennels and ranch are much better and reputable than an unlicensed, inexperienced and unknowable home breeder. You would need to discuss the specifics with the individual.

They vary by litter. You will want to go to the the available puppies tab and click on Bichon puppies. Right now we don't have any puppies but you can check back.

Terrible breeder and terrible business.
Make sure you physically see the parents, their certificates, hip xrays, and where they keep their puppies.
They say all parents are tested - not true. The “foundation” dogs many generations ago may have been, but be sure you see info on the current breeding pairs.
They pump out so many dogs you would think they would be very on top of the genetics and health of their dogs - this does not appear to be a priority.
Our experience with Debbie was awful, and I believe most of the reviews you will find are paid for. They also have thrown out so much stuff online - just to bury legitimate reviews. They even took down FB reviews so you can’t contact the many who have shared poor experiences.
Please do heavy research, feel free to contact me for more info, and be cautious with CFK.
I’d highly recommend another breeder. This place is only in it for the money - at the expense of families that must deal with their dogs health issues.
