Excellent , excellent experience. Trainers were caring, professional, and communicative. Breton was our dog’s trainer and was outstanding! He explained everything so well to us and our dog LOVED him. I cannot recommend Coastline K9 enough. Looking forward to a lasting relationship with them and continuing our dog’s obedience training . Well, well worth the money!

I had reached out to Coastline K9 inquiring about getting a belgian malinois and I had some concerns as they do not have puppies and only offer adult dogs. I was asking about pricing for training and for the dogs themselves, what is offered and what the dogs are exposed to as puppies as I am looking for a very specific dog that can meet the requirement of being a service dog and a personal protection dog. The person I spoke with was very very vague and did not clearly answer any of my questions. The conversation was very unprofessional, frustrating, and overall a negative experience. My questions were answered with youtube videos and social media platforms that did not answer any of my questions or concerns, and it felt as though I was being completely ignored and disrespected. I continued trying to seek answers respectfully and was cut short and told that Coastline K9 would not be a good fit for me. I am extremely disappointed that what I thought was a high quality service from visiting the website and various media pages turned out to be so unprofessional and unpleasant to communicate with. If the communication on the surface level is so unclear and vague, I can’t imagine what actually receiving a dog from Coastlime K9 would be like. Would not recommend.
