We found Coastal K9 after seeing great reviews for Dan on the Nextdoor app. Dan catered the training to our lifestyle and the things we were really hoping to improve and enjoy with our pup. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience and the hands-on approach Dan takes with training. Even good dogs would benefit from a few sessions with Coastal K9!!!!!
Dan was just what my shepherd rescue needed. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to get her aggressive behavior under control. We are both more confident and I now can walk her without her trying to lunge and attack other dogs. She is a completely different dog in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend Dan!

We did the eight-week Reset Button Program with Dan, and it has completely changed life with our dog! Murphy used to struggle with leash manners and barking, but now he’s calmer, more confident, and so much easier to enjoy day-to-day. Dan tailored each session to our dog and to us — not just teaching commands, but helping us understand how to communicate with him. We noticed improvements right away and by the end, Murphy truly felt like a new (and happier) dog. Could not recommend Dan enough!
