Coaching 4 paws

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Coaching 4 Paws! Our dog, Harlow, participated in a four week training session with Faith. She needed some extra practice with listening and following through with commands, and we couldn’t have asked for a better trainer than Faith. From the very beginning, Faith was thorough in explaining the training process and made sure we understood everything along the way. She provided feedback and necessary steps that we needed to follow when giving commands so that Harlow could apply the skills, and be successful at home as well. She was fantastic to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and kind. The communication throughout the training process was phenomenal. We received frequent updates, which gave us peace of mind knowing how Harlow was progressing. The daily videos allowed us to see glimpses into Harlow's day, and the steady progress she was making. If we had any questions, the staff always responded in a prompt manner, always willing to provide additional feedback, help, and support along the way. I was so impressed with their consistent communication! Harlow absolutely loved going to training and daycare every day! The staff is warm and welcoming, and it’s evident that they genuinely love and care for each and every animal. Seeing how excited Harlow was to go to training and daycare each morning allowed me to feel at ease each day. After Harlow finished her four week training session, Faith continued to provide support. She was available to answer any questions, offer guidance, and ensure that we had the tools to reinforce what Harlow learned. Her dedication didn’t stop at the end of the session—it was clear she genuinely cared about our success and she was there to help every step of the way. We loved our experience with Coaching 4 Paws and can't thank everyone enough, especially Faith! We are so grateful for everything she has done for Harlow!
