We absolutely loved puppy class with Legend! Janet and her team are so caring and you can really tell how much they love the dogs. It was such a fun environment with the perfect mix of socialization, playtime, and helpful training tips for us as owners. Legend had the best time and it was nice to get to know the other owners and their dogs. I highly recommend Coach Krasno Dog Training for any training, day care or boarding services. It has become Legend’s home away from home.

Cody, STOP! This simple command is very effective for keeping our dog, Cody, and people, safe when Cody is off leash. Cody is very friendly and loves to play. When we are in a relatively secluded area, we let him off leash to run. However, he can become distracted when he sees something he finds exciting, ie., another friendly dog he knows, a rabbit running across the path or another person who engages with him. Janet listened to our concern and was able to quickly recommend a solution. Step by step, Janet and her assistant, Ashley, worked with Cody and us, on how to properly use this command and it worked. Two days after teaching Cody the command, I had an occasion to use it. Cody was playing with another dog and that dog took off after a third dog. I firmly said, “Cody, STOP!” and he did! He turned to look at me and came running back to me. What a good dog! He got lots of treats and positive reinforcement for listening and responding – just like Janet showed us. Janet’s love for dogs is genuine. Her skills and calm demeanor set a great stage for owners and dogs to learn. I feel the welfare of our dog and those around him, are now protected and we can all go back to having fun! Thank you, Janet!

About a year ago we reached out to Coach Krasno & Ashley for desperately needed assistance with our pup, Chuey, a Mal/GSD mix. As a first time dog owner, I was in over my head with Chuey as he was extremely hyper & reactive due to lack of socialization. Unfortunately, we got ill advice about socializing from our first trainer. Coach Krasno & Ashley gave us the tools to understand our pup better. Understanding Chuey’s needs gave me the confidence I needed to be a gentle but firm leader. I was able to count on my coaches when I needed them the most.
