I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years but I will never go back after the last experience I had. My dog came back with a terrible groom-so I brought him in to get fixed…he looked wonderful! However, the next day my dog was acting very strange-acting sickly, weak, and falling asleep standing up. He was in pain lying down. Upon further review, I noticed 3 deep cuts on his privates! No one even informed me of this either! I can’t imagine it didn’t bleed. As if I wouldn’t notice? I of course contacted the owner who immediately copped an attitude. He did say he would refund me my money, however to me it’s not about the money… it’s about the well being of my dog-Adam needs to learn that a little bit of empathy goes a long way. But Adam was more interested in defending his horrible groomer than my dog who was suffering. I told him he can keep his money (which he did, I never did receive a refund) but I’ll never go back and I’d caution anyone else who went as well. Edited to add that my dog actually passed away from Cushing’s disease. After his appointment, the stress was so great. He just never recovered. FYI, Cushing’s disease is brought on by stress and anxiety. I really feel like if the vet told me about this terrible cut. I could’ve really made a difference knowing my dog was in pain (I didn’t notice the cut for a couple of days after the appointment) I also spent about $1500 on treatments until he passed. AGAIN, Not about money, but still.. it’s been months, and I will never get over this. Thanks Adam for your uncaring attitude to me and my dog! Hers another photo as a reminder.
