Not sure what happened, but yesterday, Thursday, the 16th, we had a training appointment scheduled for 6PM. On Wednesday, I confirmed the appointment with Patrick, the trainer, and I was informed it was confirmed and he would be here on Thursday. Booking was made one week in advance. There was no text message from him to confirm that he would be late or change his schedule. It was an unprofessional experience and I was very disappointed.
Flip loves to go to Classy Cuts when we have to be out of town. Amazing and friendly service!
Great place to take your dog for grooming, etc...If they handled my mean little dog, they can handle yours 😆.
