We put two of our puppies through training at the same time, and they are not easy breeds to handle. We have a Turkish Kangal Shepherd and a Presa Canario, and Chris and his staff got the job done. Both dogs came back much easier to manage. We can now walk them off leash with no issues. Our Presa was starting to become reactive, and now he is much more manageable for us. Chris and his team clearly know what they’re doing, especially with strong, difficult breeds. Highly recommend.

Chris and his team have helped so much with our dog Remy! We rescued her about 3 years ago from an abusive situation and soon after settling her in realized she was very reactive toward people and dogs and territorial of our apartment building. We previously tried multiple positive only dog trainers (with no real results) and a veterinary behaviorist (who told us she was inbred and to avoid basically unavoidable situations) we didn't know what else to do. After lunging at and almost biting our neighbor despite being on a short leash we knew we HAD to try something else. Thankfully we found Chris online and after boarding Remy for 3 weeks the results were tremendous. With the e-collar and shared simple command language, we finally are able to communicate effectively with Remy and her behavior has drastically improved, and we know it isn't hurting her at all on such low settings. She is just as sweet and happy as ever but is also more calm, confident, and responsive to us on the leash and off! She is not perfect and will need ongoing training but that is what was expected and we are so happy with our results. I would highly recommend Chris Park for anyone struggling with reactive or anxious dog who feel like they are stuck where they are.

An added perk is the boarding service he offers to all past training clients. Being able to leave your pet with such capable caretakers, gives us peace of mind during short and long trips alike. There is no just keeping your dog locked in the kennel all day, they are part of the pack and continue to work on training during the boarding time. Beyond the results, Chris took the time to teach us how to communicate clearly with Blaze and maintain consistency at home. If you are looking for obedience training, behavior work, or off-leash reliability — especially for a large, strong working breed like a German Shepherd — Chris Park K9 is absolutely worth it. Our 7.2-lbs Cavapoo graduated today, after successfully completing Chris Parkiotis’s program—aka Chris Park K9 Dog Training. I’d like to say Chris did an outstanding job training our puppy, but I think it was my husband and me who learned the most! Chris is strict, stern, and extraordinarily disciplined in his approach. He understands dogs. And they respond to him like no other. He is also wildly good humored, which makes for some funny moments when the dog performs but the humans do not. (Like I said, he was training us, too!) I would recommend Chris without hesitation—feel lucky we found him and that we were able to benefit from his undeniable expertise.
