Chomps Dog Training

My English Bulldog has a problem with dog aggressiveness. My friend bought a new Pomsky and the two dogs were having issues. My bulldog would attack the new dog when there was food around. Nick provided a comprehensive and detailed plan to change my Bulldog's behavior around the new puppy as well as other dogs. The training has been effective and we are now much more comfortable with having the two dogs near each other.

I genuinely can't recommend this place enough! Nick is an incredible trainer of both dogs and humans. He not only trained my dog Kaya, but has also taught me how to continue with her training. I have a very energetic and high drive dog and Nick helped harness her energy and teach me how to set firm boundaries which has resulted in a better relationship between me and my dog. I am very protective about my dog and was hesitant to hand her off to someone, but Nick cares so much about his client's dogs and I knew she would be in great hands. The results speak for themselves. I almost never leave reviews but Chomp's Training was just that good. I can't recommend them enough.

Chomps Dog Training is amazing!! I was desperate to find someone who could train my out of control almost 2 year old frenchie, Jace. I chose to do the board and train and OMG! I have a different dog now! Nick was great at sending updates including videos of Jace's progress. I would send the videos to my family and they couldn't believe it. I was worried the training wouldn't transfer to me but Nick was great about checking in once Jace came home and helped me navigate maintaining the good behaviors. And even offering to meet to work on things. We didn't end up needing to and I'm so impressed with Jace's new behavior. I live in a very busy area and Jace can now walk off leash and I get so many compliments about what a good dog he is. Jace was also barking and while he did try that again when he got him, using the e collar stopped that very quickly. I highly recommend Nick and his team at Chomps Dog Training! Worth every penny!!

I'm so incredibly grateful for the training Benji received at Chomps Dog Training. Benji is an adult rescue dog and I would come home crying from our walks when his anxiety and reactivity were at their worst, feeling utterly helpless as how to help him. I could never have imagined we'd be where we are today a year ago. Today Benji is absolutely crushing his training and we are preparing to take the AKC Canine Good Citizen test, which I know he'll ace. Benji's engagement and focus are now at a whole different level thanks to exercises and approaches Nick taught us. He is way less anxious and has mellowed out a lot around other dogs to the point that we are now going on group walks in the park, something which would have been unimaginable a couple of months ago. My bond with Benji continues to grow stronger and he is such a happy dog today. It's so fun and rewarding to see him progress. I couldn't done this without Nick and Ana's help, and I can't recommend Chomps Dog Training enough.
