Hi Elayne! Yes, we do train 10 week old puppies. Puppy training focuses on crating/potty training, vocabulary (intro to obedience), and how to stop common puppy misbehaviors (chewing, mouthiness, etc.).

Abbi was great! I have a new rescue pitty that was so reactive I had to stop taking her on walks. She would aggressively lunge and snap at dogs, scooters, skateboards, bikes, humans, cars, and pretty much everything around her. People in my neighborhood and my apartment building were terrified of my dog. The stress this created for me--and I'm sure my dog--was unbearable. I called Chill Out looking for emergency help, and they were able to come out the next day. After the first 1.5 hour session with my dog (Honey), she was completely transformed. I was immediately able to start taking her on walks, and I was also able to start running with her. I took her on a trail run on single track where we passed many dogs and humans, and she had zero reactions and acted as though she had been shipped away to boarding school and sent back to me as a reformed dog. I t's now been a month, and I've had two more sessions. I had one week where we regressed a little, but my dog also wasn't feeling well, so it wasn't entirely surprising. Otherwise, Honey continues to do really well with minimal reactions. There will of course still be some training involved, but I am completely amazed how quickly my dog was transformed. After an initial session with Scott and two follow-up sessions with Cameron, my dog has seen a complete positive correction with these behaviors. Chill Out is a well-worth investment. I also highly recommend going ahead and purchasing the package that includes the e-collar. This has been such an effective tool at correcting my dog's behavior and well worth the extra investment. Both Scott and Cameron were both very knowledgeable in their craft and were very effective with their methods. Highly recommend!
