Charlie and Frankie clearly understand dogs and I love the unique service they provide with their pack! There were some behaviors that we weren't able to successfully mitigate in our pup, but not for lack of trying. If I could do it over, I would have consulted with them prior to adopting a dog and worked with them on initial training, rather than coming to them after bad behaviors had been established.
