I can't recommend Brent lakes highly enough! From the very first session, it was clear they have a deep understanding of dog behavior and a genuine passion for helping both dogs and their owners succeed. If you’re considering this trainer — don’t. 0/10. Do not recommend We hired Brent to help with a dog who had some behavioral issues that needed to be addressed. He recommended a board-and-train program followed by a few in-home sessions. What we received instead were missed deadlines, no progress updates as promised, and incomplete training. Communication eventually stopped altogether. Throughout the process, Brent was unprofessional and became defensive and angry when concerns were raised. Save yourself the stress — look elsewhere.
