Ricardo and his team do amazing work. From day 1 they set the expectation for the board and train, sending countless materials which answer all the questions I would have had. One day 1 for drop off, I was nervous but after meeting Ricardo I got a feel that my best friend (my scooby doo) was in the very best of hands. Ricardo and his staff sent me daily updates and pictures and it felt like I was training alongside my buddy. They gave scooby all the love, attention and affection that I would give him all the while being able to effectively train him. Since he has been home my family and Ive seen a much different dog (in a positive lightly ) compared to when he started. Ricardo if you are reading this THANK YOU! Keep being you and doing what you do. Your passion and love for dogs is 2nd to none. Thank you for making Scooby feel at home even if he wasnt in his environment! It goes without saying, this training program is hands down the best in AZ. You will not find a better, more professional and caring group then this one!

Dogs are closely monitored at all times, ensuring not only their safety but also a structured and positive environment where they can thrive. Each day, dogs receive extensive care, individual attention, and enrichment that goes far beyond what most facilities provide. The training program is outstanding. Ricardo’s methods deliver lasting, meaningful results because they are rooted in a true understanding of behavior rather than quick fixes. Even more impressive, he dedicates time to teaching owners how to reinforce the training at home, empowering families to build on the foundation he and his team establish. This creates long-term success and a stronger bond between dogs and their owners. I cannot recommend Ricardo and his team highly enough. For anyone looking for a place where dogs are genuinely cared for, respected, and guided to be their best, this is the gold standard. Their professionalism, dedication, and results speak for themselves.

This boarding operation is unsafe and not appropriate for pets. Multiple employees have suffered serious dog bites requiring medical attention, which shows a complete lack of safety protocols. The owner’s behavior is equally concerning—he has a history of responding aggressively to reviews instead of addressing legitimate issues. This business is being run out of a residential home in a neighborhood not designed or approved for a facility of this nature. Neighbors do not support it, and the environment is not safe for the dogs, staff, or community. I chose not to become a client after learning about these problems, and I would strongly urge others to do the same.
