FirstBarkI use CharlieBar for the boarding. My dog is not friendly with all dogs so its nice that they will take him out for exercise in their fenched in yards by himself several times a day. I get at least 1 picture a day of him so I know he is doing good.

With regret I am writing a negative review about the training session we received from Ricardo. We requested training for our two bulldogs, who are fighting with one another and one jumps up on guests. Ricardo came to our home for an 1 1/2hr session that was scattered, had no plan, and in the long run did not focus on what we asked for. The entire time I was trying to memorize what he was saying bc there was so much information coming at us. We had no idea that we would only be shown sit, stay, walking the dog and not have our issues addressed at all. Neither my husband or I received any training with our dogs, it was Ricardo working with the dog, and only one dog the entire time. We are now in the process of looking for another dog trainer to resolve the issues with our dogs. I am only posting this review so other pet owners can be aware of what they might receive. PS. We did contact Ricardo directly to provide this feedback. Update: Ricardo has offered to make it right with another training session or reimbursement.
Loved Ricardo, he's amazing at what he does! Gave us the confidence and skills to continue on with training. Expectations were met and then some. Thank you!!
I brought home a puppy much to the unhappiness of my 5 year old golden retriever. In one session, Ricardo gave me the tools I needed to work with them both. In less than one week, they were playing and getting along! Now I have the know how to correct any negative behaviors! Highly recommend.
Our 5yr old German Shepherd has been there for almost 2 weeks first boarding only and now in the 2week training/board program. We get pictures and updates everyday of her progress. Even a video you update was sent too. Ric and his staff have been fabulous and looking forward to learning what we can do at home to keep the training consistent 💜❣️👍🏼
