I’ve been taking my dogs here for years. My dogs get so excited when we pull up & they run excitedly into the house with the trainers! Throughout the years the prices haven’t changed much, it’s always been affordable especially compared to other doggy daycares in the area. They even have fun add ons like training & enrichment so I know my dogs are having the best time while we’re away. We get daily photo and video updates so we can always see how happy they are playing with all of their friends and getting cuddles and love from the staff. We even ask for extra updates when we’re missing the pups & they are always responsive and accommodating! We’ve done a tour recently because we wanted to see the enrichment menu to help us decide what would be best for our dogs during their stay and….WOW! it’s such a clean, well managed, organized & secure facility. They even broke down the system they use to take the dogs out in detail to us. If you are a new customer I highly recommend touring the facility!! They have three yards so they can accommodate potty breaks & play time for dogs that are social & dogs that aren’t! It’s so nice that the dogs aren’t in the kennels all day like other boarding places we have used in the past. Speaking of kennels, they are very spacious! All of the dogs were in large kennels or pens with blankets when we toured. They looked cozy. We have used Dogtopia in the past where they put our large 60lb & small 11lb dog in the same size kennels which was a little disheartening for us to see…Doing the tour gave us a lot more peace of mind that our pups truly are in the best hands! Our dogs love CharlieBar & we do too. The staff are always so friendly & accommodating. If we have a question or booking coming up we always text the owners directly, which is some next level customer service! Thank you Ricardo & your team. We will only trust our fur babies with you.

Extremely dirty place. Dogs get into fights all the time. We boarded our dog only for it to come back extremely sick and with scratches and puncture wounds. He also smelled like pee upon pickup and this is a dog that’s 6 years old and potty trained. When I reached out they just completely ignored me. Amaya took my call eventually and was extremely rude and confrontational, calling me a liar. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN! All the reviews must be fake.

I want to thank CharlieBar dog training for going above and beyond training our Australian Blue Healer. They did an Amazing job with him, helping with his agressive, reactivate and training issues. We did the board and train so they had more time to work with him. They kept us informed and sent pics and videos on a daily basis with his progress. Our dog was a stray dog when we got him he was approximately 2 years old so he was set in his ways and very strong willed, but we didn't want to give up on him, so we contacted ChalieBar and set up his training. Ricardo and his trainers worked very hard to help him with his agressive, reactive behavior and training. He is doing great now and with the information and training techniques Ricardo gave us helps us to learn how to manage and continue his training progress. I am forever grateful for CharlieBar and would 💯 recommend them to anyone needing their services. Sincerely
