★★★☆☆ This review is strictly about the new-client intake process, website, and email communication—not the quality of the trainers themselves. I genuinely wanted to use Champion Canine, but trying to schedule a simple 30-minute evaluation turned into a three-day, incredibly frustrating process. The website says “schedule an evaluation,” but the link takes you to a contact form, and the email responses I received were vague, slow, and never clearly explained how to actually book or pay. I eventually tried figuring the portal out myself and still couldn’t schedule the evaluation. At that point, I decided it simply wasn’t worth any more of my time. I contacted another trainer and had an evaluation scheduled within about 30 minutes. Champion Canine lost a customer because of the website and lackluster intake communication. I really hope they improve that process, because I wanted this to work. And hey—if you need help with the website, hit me up. That’s literally part of what I do.

Champion Canine is an outstanding group of dog trainers that truly stand out for their commitment to dogs and their owners!
