UPDATE: Well, I wrote the glowing review below on the EXPECTATION that the owner would be true to her word and FINALLY refund the money as she had promised. Previously,each time we talked she said she would credit my credit card, and each time I called her to ask what happened to the credit, she had an excuse, i.e., computer problems, new computer program, thought it had alreay been done, etc. This time I believed her (gullible me!) and wrote the nice review. I should have waited...it hasn't arrived and I'm tired of fussing with her about it. Take from my expoerience what you will. I'm done with Muttessori. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought a training package this past spring for my two dogs. We had only two sessions before I became ill with an autoimmune lung disease. The classes we did have were great and the trainer very flexible and knowledgeable. I couldn’t attend the classes anymore so I asked for a refund on my package. The owner was very gracious and understanding, and made an exception to policy to refund my money. I liked the positive training philosophy of Muttessori and recommend them to anyone needing dog training.
